Established in 1967, O’Neil Real Estate is one of the longest established real estate agencies in its district. Over the years it has accumulated enormous amounts of experience and expertise across the real estate industry. It has grown into a well reputed, professional real estate agency that is capable of providing you with a high level of assistance in all areas of real estate, including property sales, property leasing, property management, property development and strata management.

We cover all types of property including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Rural and Strata. While our main areas of operation is between Serpentine and Maddington, we are well equipped to handle enquiries in different areas.

Our Residential & Rural Sales Department employs more than ten staff, all with a proven ability to provide excellent results. Our Commercial & Industrial Sales, Management and Leasing department employs six staff, recognised by their competition to be experts in their field. Our Residential Property Management and Strata Management Department employs eight staff, who together manage one of the largest portfolios of rental properties in the district.

On top of this, all our staff have the back-up of excellent administration staff, including specialist Trust Accountancy staff, membership of REIWA and associated professional bodies and a clear company focus on ensuring our clients receive the best in service.

All of this has allowed O’Neil Real Estate and its staff to be recognised by various professional bodies as high performers in the real estate industry. We feature regularly in REIWA’s monthly highest selling agencies list, we have received national awards for Property Management performance and many of our staff have received individual awards for sales performance.
